What are people saying about your event online?

We read the public comments on your event's posts and show you the themes, how many comments mention each one, and what people praised and raised.

Networks we read

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Free report. A free account is enough, no card
  • You see the report in your dashboard
  • Only you see the analysis

Free, no card. Only you get the analysis.

Works for events with enough public comments. If there aren't enough, we'll tell you.

The problem today

The event is over and you are already thinking about the next one. What was said is scattered across Facebook and Instagram, and nobody counted how many comments mention each thing.

Who it is for

Event directors and marketers running endurance events, active on Instagram or Facebook, with a recent edition already closed.

What you get

The free report is the first part of the analysis. The complete report is the rest, if you want it. For editions with enough public comments on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Course: 19 comments
  • Aid stations: 11 comments

  • Registration and lottery: 14 comments. Most mentioned: transfers, waiting list

When people commented

  • 121 before the event, 9 on the day, and 54 after

The report needs at least 15 comments and 4 themes with 3 or more comments each. If there are not enough, the report is not generated and the app tells you.

How it works

  1. You create a free account and give us your event's page. We find the posts from the last edition.

  2. We read the public comments on those posts and count them by theme.

  3. You see the free report in your dashboard. The complete report is there if you want it.

What you get

  • You see what weighed most

Each theme shows how many comments mention it, so you start with what was said most in public.

  • You see when people spoke

The complete report counts the comments from before the event, on the day and after, with the themes of each phase.

  • You read what they wrote

The complete report shows the text of the comments and a link to the original.

  • You know what we read

The report says how many comments the posts showed and how many were collected and counted.

Only you see it

The analysis goes to your email and nowhere else. We don't publish it, and it never shows names or quotes from the people who commented.

What this report does not tell you

These are public comments from people who chose to write, and not all of them took part. The counts show what was said most, not what most of your participants think. To find that out, ask them directly with Finisher Feedback.

Common questions

Do you show the commenter's name?

We do not show the commenter's name. The complete report shows the text of the comments and a link to the original post on the social network, where the comments are public. The free report has only totals and the main theme.

What if there are few comments?

The report needs at least 15 comments and 4 themes with 3 or more comments each. If there are not enough, the report is not generated and the app tells you.

What does the complete report cost?

The complete report costs €59 per edition, excluding taxes. The free report costs nothing; you decide later whether you want the complete one.

Do I need an account or a card?

You need a free account, so we can link the request to your event. No card is needed for the free report.

What do you need from me?

Your event's website. We find the public posts from your last edition on Instagram and Facebook.

Which social networks do we read?

Instagram and Facebook. We start from your event's website to find its Instagram profile and Facebook page, and we read only the public comments on the posts from the last edition. We don't read other networks, groups, or posts found by hashtag.

Is this the same as feedback from my participants?

No. These are public comments from people who chose to comment, and not all of them took part. The counts show what was said most, not what most participants think.

Do I need to declare anything to buy?

Yes. Before you pay, you declare that you manage this event's social media pages, or that whoever does has authorised you to see their posts.
