Common questions from platform teams
Does Sporting Scouter replace our checkout or registration flow?
No. We never touch registration, payments, or entry management. Sporting Scouter is a post-event layer that sits alongside your existing platform.
How does participant data and GDPR compliance work?
It depends on the product. For Finisher Feedback invitations and answers we act on the organiser's behalf (processor). For the public comments in Social Debrief, we decide what they are used for and are responsible for that processing.
What does a technical integration require?
Today, nothing: there is no integration. If there is one one day, we will say so.
