How it works

  2. We invite participants by email, each with a personal link, and send up to two reminders (after 3 and 10 days) if they have not answered. The link lasts 30 days.

    You see the scores, the themes in order of mentions and the priority actions for the next edition in your dashboard.

The method, in the open

The AI reads each written answer against a fixed list of themes, counts the themes and writes the actions from the counts and the scores. The numbers come from the answers, not from the AI.

Who can see the report?

Only you. Participants do not see each other's answers.

What does it cost?

Finisher Feedback costs €149 per edition and includes 500 invitations. Each extra 100 invitations cost €30. Prices exclude VAT. You pay once, with no monthly fee. See all pricing

What file do you need?

The edition's participant list as a CSV, with email and bib number. You upload it in the app.

Do I pay for people who do not answer?

Yes: you pay for each finisher you invite, not for the answers. 500 invitations are included in each edition; after that, +100 invitations for €30.

How much work is it for me?

You upload a list with email and bib number. We send the invitations and reminders, read the answers and write the report.

What if few respond?

We do not promise a response rate: it depends on your list and your event. The report only shows the full analysis from 10 answers. You pay for each finisher you invite, not for the answers.

What do participants receive?

An email inviting them to rate the event and, if they do not answer, up to two reminders (after 3 and 10 days). No marketing and no mailing list.

What about participant data?

They are yours. We use them only for the report you bought, we do not sell them or contact participants about other organizers. For this product we act on your behalf (processor).

Can I see who answered what?

Yes. The list of answers shows the name you have on your list. Participants do not see each other's answers.

What if I do not have a list?

You can collect answers with a public link or a QR code, for example at the finish line.
